Recent Research & Applications of Ketogenic Diets

Though the ketogenic diet has existed for over 100 years, the applications of it are only beginning to be researched and understood. In the beginning of this interview, I discuss some of the research that is occurring to better understand how a ketogenic diet can benefit people suffering from conditions ranging from Prader-Willi syndrome to migraine headaches.
